There's this new site called readbud. The way it works is that you get given articles to read and rate based on your interests. The payout is supposed to be made to you once you earn $50 but in the mean time you can see your balance increasing in real time depending on the length of the article you get given. 

I have seen screenshots of people being paid and the site doesn't ask for any account info upfront (you only give them a paypal address once you are eligible to redeem) so it looks legit at this stage.
